You will create and manage BNB’s growth machine: from organic (SEO, our websites, CRM, customer journeys, inbound marketing) to paid growth, while also building up our analytics capabilities. 
Working across multiple work streams and projects, you will be championing a user-first and data-driven mindset across digital, considering our target audiences: developers, future investors/token holders, enterprise, entrepreneurs, and the general public.
The role is remote and open to candidates in the US and Western Europe.
  • Create a growth marketing strategy for BNB Chain, ensuring branding and messaging consistency across all touchpoints
  • Optimize the websites in the BNB Chain ecosystem
  • Develop our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) infrastructure and inbound marketing campaigns
  • Create customer journeys that enable higher conversion rates, especially of Web3 developer houses 
  • Implement successful Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns
  • Create international paid advertising campaigns that deliver ROI
  • Procure and manage an SEO agency
  • Develop data analytics capabilities to increase campaign efficiency and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to ensure other areas are well aligned with Growth and are making the best use of data-driven insights (social media, content creation, community management, etc)
  • Support the BD team to convert developer houses to build using BNB infrastructure
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the wider Marketing team and Leadership


  • 4+ years of experience in leading Growth teams for Web2 companies or agencies
  • Experience creating growth hacking techniques and user journeys that deliver highly performing marketing results
  • Hands-on experience with using various digital marketing and growth hacking techniques and tools, including SEO, SEA, paid social (especially Twitter Ads), CRM
  • Deep knowledge of data analytics for marketing campaign optimization
  • Keen interest in Crypto, Blockchain, DeFi, NFTs
  • Solid experience managing external suppliers
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Be process-driven, detail-oriented but also pragmatic and service-focused
  • Competent working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Be proactive and diligent
  • Keep open lines of communication, collaborate with other teams and suppliers
  • Be willing to work in a remote, distributed team

Desired Skills: 

  • Marketing experience with blockchain/Web3 projects
  • Other European languages are a bonus
