ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an IT Team Lead, you will manage a team of IT support specialists, plan, execute and maintain IT projects locally and be a part of Bluevine’s global IT team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provide leadership and supervision, work assignments, establish priorities and workflows, and monitor and manage the completion of tasks on time.
- Lead IT projects and deploy new IT systems and services.
- Execute infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
- Manage and maintain office network and access management.
- Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, software and software licenses
- Manage the onboarding of new users, and install and configure new computers and software.
- Introduce new IT-related software to enhance and improve IT support across the organisation
- Managing access to the company’s IT systems and tools.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- At least 5 Years of experience working in IT as Senior/system Administrator at a global company.
- At least 2 Years experience as an IT Manager/Team Leader managing a team of 2-5 IT specialists.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Mac, Windows environments.
- Experience with corporate IT systems, G-suite, Office365, Atlassian, IDP solutions, Slack.
- Proven experience and good understanding in networking, switches and routing.
- Ability to work independently / team, with multi-tasking capabilities.
- Ability to work on complex issues in a fast and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills with customer service orientation.
- Fluent in English communication.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
- Experience working with Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with scripting (python, bash, PS).
- Experience with Automation tools.
- Experience with security solutions, SSO, endpoint management systems.
