Our Customer Support Associates are the first line of support for Blue Star Sports' growing customer base and users of our sports management software suite. This role offers an exciting, entry-level opportunity to enter into the software industry and learn about our products, marketplace, and customers, and our most successful Customer Support Associates are given the opportunity to move into other roles within the company over time. The success of our company and our brand is equally generated by the service our customers receive as it is the quality of our product. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails and chats and answer functional and technical support requests
  • ​Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our other teams to solve more complex issues
  • Identify, document and follow up with relevant teams on product bugs and features
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-1 year of experience providing customer service; call center/telephone support experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skill
  • Ability to make sense of something complex
  • Professional, courteous and committed to provide amazing customer support
  • Open-minded, positive and keen to learn
  • Great attitude, team player
  • Willing to work flexible hours
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred

Compensation & Hours 

  • Non-exempt, $16.83 per hour 
  • 40 hours a week with possible Overtime
  • Full benefits including medical, dental, and vision, paid vacation and sick time, and 401k
