Responsabilidades:

  • Entrega de Bagagens: Receber e entregar as bagagens dos hóspedes, garantindo que elas sejam transportadas com segurança para os quartos ou para a área de armazenamento adequada.
  • Reposição de Suprimentos: Abastecer os quartos de hóspedes com itens essenciais, como toalhas, lençóis, produtos de higiene pessoal e outros.
  • Compras e Entregas: Realizar compras de suprimentos ou itens específicos solicitados pelos hóspedes e entregar esses itens em seus apartamentos. Entrega de itens cortesia Renata, tais como secadores de cabelo, ferro de passar e outros conforme solicitação dos clientes.
  • Assistência com Bagagem na Saída: Ajudar os hóspedes no momento do check-out, carregando suas bagagens e fornecendo assistência para chamar táxis ou serviços de transporte.
  • Manutenção Básica: Acompanhar tarefas de manutenção simples, como trocar lâmpadas, ajustar mobiliário ou resolução de problemas elétricos menores, se necessário.
  • Entrega de Documentos e Mensagens: Entregar documentos, mensagens e correspondências aos hóspedes ou a outros departamentos do hotel.
  • Apoio aos Departamentos: Prestar assistência a outros departamentos do edifício, como a recepção, a limpeza e a segurança, conforme necessário.
  • Assistência aos Hóspedes: Fornecer informações básicas aos hóspedes, como orientações sobre a localização de áreas comuns do hotel.

 

Requisitos:

  • Experiência em Hotelaria como mensageiro
  • Inglês avançado
