We are looking for an Enterprise Application Administrator/Analyst, to be the primary responsible for managing and optimizing our organization's key software systems. We welcome individuals with a diverse skill set and a passion for technology to join our dynamic team.


What you will focus on:

Administration and Configuration:

  • Administer and configure enterprise applications to meet evolving business needs.
  • Customize workflows, dashboards, reports, and user interfaces to optimize usability and efficiency.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Integration and Automation:
  • Implement and maintain integrations between various enterprise systems to streamline operations.
  • Develop and maintain automated processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them.

User Support and Training:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to users, addressing inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to empower users to leverage enterprise applications effectively.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, sharing best practices and driving adoption across the organization.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about new features, updates, and industry best practices related to enterprise applications.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance system functionality, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and implement enhancements and upgrades.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Degree  in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience administering and configuring enterprise applications is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer support processes is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce and Zendesk certifications are a bonus but not mandatory.
