We are looking for a Junior Sales Administrator to join our inbound sales team in Istanbul. As a member of our sales team you will manage inbound sales requests concerning bookings of Blueground properties.

 

What you will focus on:

  • Monitoring the deals entering the extension phase and ensuring that the extension processes of these deals are finalized by following the correct steps in a timely manner, payment proof and extension protocol.
  • Being Point of Contact about the latest status of extensions and making negotiation discussions if needed. 
  • Making sure that the lease agreements and the other necessary documents are received on time and documented/filed properly. Also tracking commission amounts on a monthly basis. 
  • Monitoring that KBS (legal tenant registration system) entries are made and checkout mails are sent by GRA on time.
  • Signing leases and extension protocols physically and digitally on the biometric signature platform. 
  • Organizing data and generating deep customer and business insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness via Metabase, Salesforce and other softwares.
  • Joining the 3CX queue.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.

What we are looking for:

  • 1-3 years experience in sales or account management in the real estate sector or in the sales department of a similar industry.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and be process oriented according to lean management principles.
  • Flexibility with working days.
  • Customer-first mindset.
  • A coachable individual able to implement feedback.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native or native-like communication skills in Turkish and English.
