We are looking for our Global Head of Mobility Supply Network to be based in any of our offices in the US or the UK or work fully US/ UK-remote. In this role you will be responsible for building and developing the overall global partner network of corporate housing providers that  align to the company's business goals and growth objectives. This includes executing on adding new global partners to the network that meet our overall quality assurance and client expectations.

What you will focus on:

  • Create a network of global corporate housing partners to support the needs of Blueground's corporate accounts.
  • Building strong relationships with key partner network companies at the global level to ensure high quality service.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the end-to-end partner network that will enhance customer service, quality levels, speed/responsiveness.
  • Represent partner network priorities and performance at the executive/leadership level and serve as the thought leader in the space.
  • Analyzing partner network risks across regions and devising mitigation strategies. Enforcing a resilient partner network globally.
  • Leading technology based discussions about API and channel management for a tech enabled vision of corporate housing, supporting our partner network in their adoption to enable live booking functionality. 

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to quickly build a Global  Network of furnished apartment suppliers to fulfill our growing corporate  clients needs.
  • Must have a broad knowledge base of corporate housing and serviced apartments providers globally.
  • Broad Industry Knowledge: Understand key drivers across industries that enable connecting supply chain capabilities to business results. 
  • Global Mindset: Understand cultural nuances across regions. Comfortable managing complex global networks with cross-functional, cross-regional teams. Diplomatic and collaborative style.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical thinking and data interpretation skills to derive insights from supply chain data for fact-based decision making.
  • Influencing Skills: Ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders including C-suite leaders, business heads across regions, global supplier base. Require exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to Travel: Networking and partner management through travel is a necessary need in order to develop strategic business relationships.  

Requirements:

  • 8+ years dedicated experience in an end-to-end global partner network management role within corporate housing/temporary lodging industry.
  • Knowledge of US,  EMEA and APAC regional supplier networks and real estate markets.
  • Demonstrated success improving operational efficiency of global partner networks.
  • Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience overseeing cross-functional/international teams and building influential relationships.
