We are looking for an Operations Admin in Brazil to support our Washington D.C. Operations team! The ideal candidate should be a stickler for detail, proactive, skilled in general administration and vendor management. The role is primarily responsible for coordinating with all of our suppliers and utility providers for our apartments, administering expenses, as well as ensuring that existing units are perfect for our guests, and handling any issues or emergencies that arise. These issues include but are not limited to handling guest lockouts, emergency relocations, as well as keeping Operations Managers informed of potential repairs and actions being taken. 

What you will focus on:

  • Be the main point of contact between our vendors and our Operations team
  • Support our Operations Managers in general administrative tasks such as setting up utility accounts for new apartments and troubleshooting issues with existing accounts, and logging in invoices into a Google Sheet
  • Assist Customer Experience team and research new vendors/contractors
  • Order, create an inventory list and maintain supplies for the janitorial vendors
  • Assist with coordination of office events and activities
  • Ad hoc projects related to data integrity on internal platforms and various sources (e,g, parking registration process, telco account information)

What we are looking for:

  • Willingness to take ownership to achieve operational excellence
  • Problem solver, with ability to work in a fast-paced and "get the job done" culture
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent user of technology (email, slack, G suite)
  • High-proficiency in Excel (spreadsheets, vlookups, pivot tables etc.)
  • Access to a reliable vehicle & clean driver’s license will be considered a plus
  • A positive, driven, upbeat and friendly personality
  • Project Management Experience
