Sr. International Marketing Specialist

This position reports to the Sr. International Marketing Manager and will be expected to be in the office (not a remote position) when it’s safe to do so. Upon returning to office full-time and pending safety concerns regarding COVID-19, up to 5% travel estimated.

The International Marketing team is responsible for growing Bluebeam’s customer base and establishing the Bluebeam brand in key regions around the world. As the Sr. International Marketing Specialist, you will enable our key regions with brilliant strategies and frameworks for channel marketing, content marketing, events and so much more. You will act as a liaison between all international regions and iterate on these programs to reach the goals the team, department and company has set for international expansion.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day planning, processes and execution of the International Partner Marketing Program - from running the partner relationship management platform to hosting webinars to everything in between, you will lead all marketing communication internally and externally for our international channel program
  • Enhance our storytelling ability by identifying new and innovative ways to educate, inspire, and communicate to end-users, decision-makers and industry influencers
  • Drive the creation of both brand and lead-generating marketing assets for partners, campaigns and promotions including one-sheets, e-books, presentations, email templates, etc.
  • Monitor regional blogs and video channel performance, evaluate content and share learnings with the team to make informed decisions
  • Support regional teams on writing PR pitches, executive briefs for events, webinar descriptions, speaking session proposals, award submissions and more
  • Develop and implement partner onboarding resources
  • Collaborate with regional teams on promotional strategies for the Partner Program and devise new ways to generate excitement with partners
  • Align with events team on designing exceptional customer experiences and advise regional marketing teams on how to create the Bluebeam Experience locally
  • Assist with organizing marketing events including trade shows, conferences, road shows, roundtables, virtual events, webinars, etc.
  • Own all virtual event and partner marketing platforms and tools for the International Marketing team

Your Skills & Experience 

  • 3+ years of marketing experience required
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a background in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships at every level
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in a project/task management tool such as Asana, MS Planner, Jira etc. is ideal, although not required
  • Comfortable learning new technology and adopting processes. After all, we are a software company
  • Ability to find creative solutions to challenges and use data to drive decisions


Some Nice To Haves

  • Channel marketing experience, including managing a Partner Relationship Management platform
  • International work, education and/or living experience
  • Content marketing experience
  • Event experience
  • Fluency in a second language
  • Proficient in WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud and Salesforce
  • Experience with PDF software for electronic markup and editing
  • Experience working with agencies and outside vendors
