What we’re looking for:

With a keen focus on our customer, Bluebeam is committed to improving our customer experience across the entire customer journey to make Bluebeam as easy and delightful to do business with. To this end, and in alignment with where we are heading with our longer-term product vision, we are establishing a new team “Customer Experience Infrastructure” (CXI) in order to build a highly-integrated infrastructure to best support our customers. The CXI team will focus on customer journey mapping, solutioning and system development. The team will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct overall customer journey mapping and ensure we design and implement a cohesive end-to-end customer experience.

As an important member of the CXI team, the Sr. Product Manager will own the cross-functional customer journey mapping to identify opportunities to improve our customer experience. You will play an important role in optimizing our products and processes that provide an amazing experience for our customers and enable efficiency for your fellow Bluebeamers. But you won’t go it alone. You’ll work closely with Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Technical Support teams to ensure a smooth integration of business-critical systems including global licensing, Salesforce.com, and additional in-house developed applications.  You’ll have the chance to make an immediate impact while paving the way for future initiatives that support Bluebeam's growth around the globe. What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to map out the end-to-end Bluebeam customer journey, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive for process/experience optimization.
  • Drive consensus among cross-functional team on solutions and prioritization.
  • Coordinate with your fellow PMs for implementations in varies areas.
  • Enhance Bluebeam customer experience by streamlining and adding value to our salesforce.com platform, license management capabilities, web store, sales productivity, operation processes, and finance applications
  • Work closely with internal customers, software engineers, project managers, and consultants to execute on product initiatives leveraging Agile methodology
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to collect business requirements, research and identify end user needs, and convert business requirements into functional requirements and high-level system design
  • Formulate and communicate functional requirements and user stories for the technical teams
  • Partner with UX/UI group to develop best in class user experience for our customer facing applications
  • Drive product implementation and provide input to product roadmap

 

What we’d like to see in you:

  • 5+ years of experience with business process optimization and product development with enterprise application supporting internal users and e-commerce/customer portal for external customers
  • Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to communicate complex idea to a wide range of audience
  • Ability to communicate using wireframes, user stories, whiteboarding, or other similar methods
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to details
  • Technical and analytical aptitude or background, data driven decision focus a big plus
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Six-sigma, BPM, Salesforce.com, e-commerce, and/or financial applications a plus
  • A Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems a plus
  • …And there is no escaping the basics: flexible, likeable, well-presented, and able to work well with cross functional teams and/or with ambiguity
