In this role, you will have a direct impact on driving the growth of Bluebeam through our international expansion strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Plan and optimize Bluebeam’s international advertising mix across multiple channels including but not limited to print, search, paid social media, display ads, and retargeting. Make recommendations on budget allocations necessary to effectively breakthrough across all channels
  • Day-to-day monitoring and optimization of Paid Search campaigns including keyword development, bid management, ad copy development, landing page development and optimization
  • Collaborate with International Marketing, Field Marketing, Creative, and Demand Gen to develop campaigns and content that drive brand awarenessdemand for our products, and customer loyalty
  • Ensure that all campaigns, assets, and content have been tailored to the needs of local markets
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and International Marketing to manage and optimize the international customer’s digital experience through the lead-to-sales funnel
  • Work with International Marketing, Channel Sales, and Demand Gen to define and optimize lead scoring methodologies that align to our international growth strategies
  • Set monthly targets for volume of quality leads
  • Define opportunities to optimize our lead follow-up process tailored to the needs of local markets
  • Drive localized organic social media initiatives that build brand loyalty
  • Coordinate testing, scheduling and tracking of international emails
  • Explore, test, and share/implement learnings related to new international demand generation opportunities
  • Set KPIs and report on international lead generation, retention, and sales efforts monthly

The skills and experience of the ideal candidate:

  • 5+ year international marketing experience including hands-on management of media planning and search campaigns
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Double Click
  • Experience influencing cross-functionally with internal and external project partners around the world at all levels to deliver on business goals
  • Equally comfortable communicating face-to-face or via phone/video
  • Flexibility to accommodate early morning calls with international team members
  • Data driven and passionate about achieving set goals and ROI
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • B2B experience and/or agency experience working for a global company/brand
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business

Bonus points if you have the following experience and skills:

  • Experience working in or marketing towards the Architecture, Engineering, Construction industry
  • Experience launching an established product in new markets
  • Google AdWords and Google Analytics certifications
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM and Pardot
  • Multilingual a huge plus (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, German, French, or Dutch languages in particular)
