The Bluebeam Academic Program is growing! This program serves education partners in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Management programs around the globe by developing programs and processes to bridge the gap between the classroom and the field. We facilitate mentorship from industry leaders to help students get up to speed before they even set foot on a jobsite. With help from Bluebeam, students are developing the skills they need to innovate on the building projects of the future. Our Academic Program Coordinator will support the activities of the program and serve as the first point of contact for new and existing educational partners.



  • Manage front-line communication with faculty, students, administrators, and industry professionals; manage email alias and field phone inquiries
  • Consult academic partners on licensing options and eligibility for free/discounted licenses; interface with IT staff and faculty for licensing and installation questions and issues
  • Assist Program Manager with strategic development initiatives and help scale program in new markets; assist Program Manager in developing and driving internal initiatives to engage customer base with Academic Program
  • Track and report quarterly and annual Academic Program data and analytics
  • Lead basic web and in-person product demonstrations for faculty and students
  • Manage basic-level technical support questions and escalate issues as needed
  • Manage Bluebeam Academic Program social media presence and develop social growth strategy
  • Assist with event coordination, including promotion, catering, communication, and logistics; interface with Field Marketing team for event planning and coordination
  • Attend trade shows and education-focused events on behalf of Academic Program
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace

Skills and Experience:  

  • BA/BS degree (Major or minor in Communication or related fields is preferred.  Connection to Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management is an added bonus.)
  • Exceptional customer engagement/customer service skills required
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Experience implementing and growing social media strategy and presence
  • Experience managing or coordinating events
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Data analysis experience is a plus
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%
