WHO'S IN THE KITCHEN
The Senior Analyst for Customer Experience will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to build the best-in-class experience for our customers. Reporting to the Senior Manager of CX Strategy, the ideal candidate will be a sharp analytical thinker who who excels in a collaborative, high-energy, fast-paced environment.
WHAT'S ON THE MENU
Lead execution and implementation of strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the customer experience and delivering on roadmap objectives
Identify opportunities to drive revenue and improve operational efficiency within the CX support team and build supporting business cases
Analyze performance data, measure impact to customers, and generate actionable insights based on trends
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to launch corporate initiatives and ensure operational preparedness of CX
Manage voice of the customer program to analyze and share customer feedback and sentiment across the business
Launch new support channels and manage ongoing improvements to CX operational processes and platforms
3+ years of professional experience in management consulting or business strategy/ operations; customer experience background is a plus
Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple projects to success
Strong background in business and financial analysis, with ability to utilize data and metrics to understand trends and identify opportunities
Self-starter who works independently and can manage fast-paced, changing priorities
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Fluency in Microsoft and Google Suites
Passion for food, cooking, and hospitality
