WHO'S IN THE KITCHEN
This position requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic trainer who loves to work with people, is comfortable presenting to large groups, and is passionate about training and development. This position is dedicated to supporting our Customer Experience team, with a focus on training and onboarding all new hires as well as supporting the existing training staff with any additional trainings for our CX team members.
WHAT'S ON THE MENU
Be an expert on our product and Customer Experience process
Train and onboard all new hires
Meet and adapt to the needs of a variety of learners
Assist during training incubations and transition to the floor for new hires
Update and improve our existing training materials
Utilize our data/metrics to identify training gaps
Provide insights on training and development as our programs continue to evolve
Be a team player and support the CX management team with ad hoc projects
Create ongoing content to support company initiatives and seasonal updates
Assist with e-learning and job aid creation
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1-2 years experience in a customer experience related position
1-2 years experience in training & development
Strong communication, training, and analytical skills
Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines and follow through on projects
Passionate about customer experience and helping others
Proficient with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Zendesk
