Become a Product Researcher for Bloomreach! Help us scale our research operation. Your work will impact the direction of our product for many customers in dozens of different verticals in the e-commerce space. The salary range starts at 2500€ per month gross along with stock options and other benefits. Working in one of our Central European offices or from home on a full-time basis, you’ll become a core part of the Product Experience Team.

Your job will be to:

  1. Broaden quantitative research with data analysis and AI
  2. Run and help scale our qualitative research routines
  3. Collaborate closely with the Product Experience and Product Management teams

a. Broaden quantitative research with data analysis and AI

  • Use our own a variety of tools and AI (including our own Engagement app) to uncover patterns of user behaviour
  • Monitor and analyse streams of feedback data such as NPS, CSAT, reviews, adoption
  • Visualise the findings in a variety of digestible formats (write-up, presentation deck, video,...)

b. Run and help scale our qualitative research

  • Run your own qualitative research to steer the Product organization with the insights from our customers, prospects and new verticals
  • Help scale qualitative research by supporting Product managers and Product to streamline the research process
  • Present your research findings in a variety of digestible formats (write-up, presentation deck, video,...)

c. Collaborate closely with the Product Experience and Product Management teams

  • Collaborate with Product designers, Product managers and Documentation writers on a daily basis
  • Look for technological trends to help automate the research process
  • Take responsibility for your own personal development as a researcher

Your success story will be:

  • In 30 days, you will be fully onboarded and contributing to an ongoing research project
  • In 90 days, you will have successfully completed your own research project 
  • In 180 days, you will have presented your research findings to the Product Experience team meeting
  • In 210 days, you will have formulated and presented your plan to further automate and streamline the research process

You have the following experience and qualities:

  1. Professional — experience in data analysis and user research, using AI at work and following new trends in tech
  2. Personal — motivation, drive, and fluency in English

Professional experience

  • Experience in analysing large data sets and providing actionable insights therefrom
  • Acquintance with qualitative user research (ideally in a tech company)
  • Experience applying AI for work tasks
  • Following new trends in tech

Personal qualities

  • Motivation and willingness to work on big, time-sensitive projects
  • Drive and self-organization to navigate through ambiguous situations
  • Fluency in English and exceptional communication skills for collaborating with the team
