We are looking for a Senior Technical Product manager to join the Bloomreach Discovery product team. Bloomreach empowers ecommerce businesses to deliver personalized experiences across their digital channels. You will be responsible for the self-service roadmap to drive partner-led growth. Our e-commerce Search and Recommendations product is an industry leading product - recognized by Forrester as a Leader in the Commerce Search & Discovery Wave. We power 25% of US & UK online retail traffic and are significantly investing into improving our e-commerce focused product suite utilizing the latest AI technologies. This role is part of our Discovery product team and will report into our head of product for Merchandising and Growth.
Your responsibilities:
- You will set and execute the strategy for partner-driven growth, through the self-service roadmap. Particularly focussed on our technical users and agency partners and how they can create resources, accounts and scale their sites globally.
- You will be owning the KPI of partner sourced revenue end to end. Collaborating with stakeholders to define the product strategy and roadmap for partner self-service features.
- You will own problem areas related to identity & access, developer platform, configuration management, notifications and other shared services
- You will be working with engineering and design to build management APIs and scale the control developers and administrators have to successfully set-up, configure and launch
- You will be actively engage in Growth activities to increase our partner sourced revenue, making sure agency partners adopt new self-serve functionalities successfully.
- You will be focussed on product led growth and end to end responsible for making our product easy to try out, showcase its value and scale up its resources by working with external and internal stakeholders
- You will proactively report on business outcomes and share your insights with relevant stakeholders to steer decision making
You have the following experience and qualities:
- Professional Experience
- 6-10 years experience in B2B SaaS Product Management
- Proven track record in prototyping and launching APIs and technical dashboards
- Strong understanding of product led growth, to lead and set the pace for product led innovation and GTM strategies
- Demonstrated experience in setting product strategy, vision and roadmap
- Experience collaborating with global teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Deep knowledge of ecommerce industry and what makes companies and partners successful with proven results increasing partner driven growth

In your first 30 days you will focus on getting familiar with the organization
- Understanding the product and organization, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and the current product roadmap. You will work with your engineering team to deliver your first features and talk to several agency partners to understand their needs. Forming several hypotheses for how to steer the team on product led growth.
In your first 60 days you will have a strategic framework to think about the improvements you’ll want to make
- You’ll have shipped the first release and a solid understanding of our company and product strategy. You have been speaking to multiple developers and agency partners to deeply understand your problem area. In your first project towards delivering self-serve value you have a good understanding who to work with and deeply understand our current APIs and dashboards.
In your first 90 days you will have a good feel for how to start executing and conviction around your product strategy
- You’re preparing for your first product review to present to product leadership what our focus will be for your problem area. This is infused in data and you’re reasonably confident to start executing along the lines of your new product strategy with the engineering and design team to build your first API prototype. In several partner calls you’re starting to introduce yourself as the go-to person for any self-serve activities, and work on several growth activities to increase partner sourced revenue.
After this you will keep full product ownership of your problem area, setting the strategy, taking priority calls with conviction that is founded in feedback to drive meaningful business outcomes.
