We are looking for a Program Manager to help us drive growth and scale for existing and new revenue streams by building and owning a program to support our pricing strategy execution and analytics initiatives. In this role, you will be an advisor to cross-functional leaders using analytics and insights to inform growth in sales, profit, customer retention, and long-term customer price to value while leveraging your analytical expertise to inform product offerings, support our land and expand customer strategy, reduce customer acquisition costs, and execute price changes. You will help us ensure that the analytic outputs are data-driven and well-tailored to better understand customers, pricing effectiveness, market opportunities, and the needs of stakeholders.

What you'll do:

  • Define and execute analytics, insights and recommendation to inform  the Bloomreach customer segmentation, and pricing strategy
  • Serves as a subject matter expert to define and execute Pricing analysis and processes to assess pricing effectiveness and recommend changes to support strategy
  • Provides guidance to the Sales and Product Marketing teams in price optimization, pricing data management (including competitive and cost data)
  • Regularly engages with Bloomreach leadership to share relevant learnings and prioritize recommended changes
  • Deliver best in class pricing analytics: conduct research, measure and analyze qualitative (customer, market research, sales feedback) and quantitative (product usage, financial results) data to assess pricing effectiveness, and recommend future actions we should take
  • Builds, iterates, and implements strategy, roadmap, and tactics for Pricing
  • Enable a deeper understanding of deal trends in the markets across geographies and products through effective analysis and reporting
  • Drive product-level pricing and deal reporting
  • Partner with Sales management and Finance to find opportunities to improve deal approvals and drive increased deal velocity
  • Build tools and analytics to advance pricing and margin reporting
  • Ad-hoc analysis and projects, as required

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (MBA a plus)
  • 8+ years of full-time work experience in a Finance or Operations capacity (software SaaS industry a plus)
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data and summarize for presentation to executives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage simultaneously multiple, high priority projects
  • Excellent data analysis visualization skills in Excel, Tableau
  • Pricing capabilities, objectives, rules, and strategy
