Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join our high performance marketing team and drive lead generation activities with our global partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Global Head of Relationship Marketing, you will manage all partner marketing related activities including the end to end delivery of marketing campaigns, the development of assets, and communication of results.

Unlocking the relationship with partners will bring the next wave of growth for Bloomreach. This team member is a core part of our go-to-market strategy and will work closely with the channel team, sales, marketing, and product leaders at Bloomreach to drive our strategy.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop GTM strategy for delivering marketing programs for the Bloomreach ISV and SI Partners
  • Drive end-to-end planning and execution of joint marketing campaigns and initiatives with key partner individuals and teams to create net new opportunities for Bloomreach and our partners
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts at Bloomreach and our partners (across events, ABM, content, product marketing) to resource and execute integrated campaigns
  • Be the trusted liaison that aligns the following teams for joint success: channel team, partner marketing team and marketing leadership, subject matter experts and stakeholders
  • Identify joint co-marketing opportunities and develop co-marketing assets - including one pagers, case studies, on demand webinars and any other materials to support joint campaigns
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are executed upon and build success and momentum for partner marketing
  • Manage projects to completion with internal and partner teams, providing ongoing communication and updates throughout projects as well as analyzing and reporting on metrics, lessons learned and recommendations when marketing initiatives are complete
  • Show how your work is unlocking pipeline and bringing new opportunities. Our partner channel is eager to use our software - unlock those opportunities and report the success to the Bloomreach marketing and partner teams

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of B2B software / technology marketing experience, focused on partner marketing
  • Creative marketing approaches demonstrated by a great portfolio of successful campaigns and initiatives
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that embraces experimentation
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional and global teams, creating success and instilling best practices.
  • Ability to drive and demonstrate results
  • Clear and pragmatic communication skills, able to inspire confidence with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, internally and externally
  • Highly motivated individual with energy, enthusiasm and a drive to succeed in a fast paced, fast growing technology business
  • Demonstrated ability and commitment as a team player as well as working independently
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Self-motivation, strong initiative and work ethic
  • Experience in digital commerce, either working for a vendor or with an SI/Agency partner is highly preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot and/or similar marketing automation technology
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, communications or related field of study or equivalent experience
