Bloomreach is rapidly expanding its agency/SI partner ecosystem across Europe to successfully sell and implement its leading Digital Experience Platform (DXP). We are seeking a proven Inside Channel Manager in our London office to help manage our regional agency/SI partner ecosystem and engage with our key technology partners in region.

Responsibilities

  • Manage agency/SI partners in region
  • Collaborate with partners on outbound campaigns to build pipeline
  • Drive partner sourced opportunities for Bloomreach
  • Engage key technology partners in region to drive pipeline
  • Work closely with Bloomreach sales, marketing, product and services teams to maximize revenue for Bloomreach
  • Provide regular and accurate updates on partner sourced account opportunities
  • Recruit leading DXP agency/SI partners to build Bloomreach practices
  • Qualify inbound partner requests in region
  • Qualify inbound end customer prospect requests outside of four key commerce verticals (retail, consumer products, distribution, manufacturing) in region and pass qualified opportunities to Bloomreach sales

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years of managing agency/SI and technology partner relationships for a commerce or marketing software company
  • Fluent in English (Dutch desired)
  • Experience working with top agency/SIs selling commerce and marketing solutions to enterprise accounts
  • Experience co-selling with agency/SI partners in enterprise accounts
  • Able to consistently generate incremental pipeline through partners
  • Strong consultative selling ability - critical questioning, listening, analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal sales, marketing, product, and services teams
  • Self-starter with a high energy level and proven track record of over-achievement
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Experience using sales CRM automation tools
