The Role

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be a key player that will help Bloomerang continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform and support our users.  The ideal candidate should enjoy all aspects of implementing solutions, managing configuration changes, and mentoring junior members.

 

What You Will Do

  • Support the Salesforce team in implementing solutions.
  • Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including flows, managing custom metadata types, custom permissions, and user management.
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining robust security and data access.
  • Manage integrated applications and third party solutions with Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Mentor junior members as needed.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features to recommend improvements.
  • Assist with tickets as needed.

 

What You Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience working with Sales and Support processes; Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
  • Experience with documentation creation and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. 
  • Comfortability working independently as well as part of a team.

 

Nice to Haves But Not Required

  • Experience with Experience Cloud and CPQ or Revenue Cloud.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $104,000 - $156,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.

 

Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
