The Role
In response to the increasing demands and expanding scope of our Business Development Team, we are excited to add a Sales Enablement Program Manager for our Business Development Team. In this role you will be vital in effectively developing BDR’s at all stages of development.
What You Will Do
- Support Knowledge transfer during and after onboarding
- Work closely with BDR leadership to understand and solve for issues
- Effectively coach and develop BDRs at all stages of development
- Work collaboratively with other Program Managers, Enablement and sales leaders to identify and strategically approach and solve problems
- Adapt quickly to organizational needs and identify opportunities to bring BDR team and leadership through change
- Decreased ramp time for new BDRs
- Higher quality MQOs turned into sales
- More comprehensive communication and process cadence across the sales organization
- High NPS scores from BDRs and BDR leaders
What You Need to Succeed
- 3-5 years Prior work experience in Sales Enablement
- 1-3 Previous experience as a BDR, BDR manager
- Excellent Content development and delivery skills
- Track record of developing new talent
- Creative problem solving skills
Nice to Have But Not Required
- Factor 8 or John Barrows training
- Coaching methodology

Compensation
The salary range for this position is a total OTE of $88,000 - $132,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
