The Role
As the Manager, Business Development Representative, you will lead a team of BDR’s focused on prospecting and qualifying inbound leads, and passing them into the Sales pipeline (SQOs). You should have the ability to quickly create and maintain strong working relationships cross-functionally. Exemplifying a deep understanding of key metrics and KPIs for Inbound BDRs and the business as a whole, including how they are related will drive your success in this role. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all leads are followed up on within a timely manner, coaching and developing your BDR’s in order to foster career development, and ultimately lead your team to success.
What You Will Do
- Coaching and developing individual BDRs to grow in their careers while attaining and surpassing lead quota and productivity KPIs.
- Ensuring that leads passed to sales are converting to qualified opportunities and supporting sales pipeline growth.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement across New Sales operations and making recommendations to leadership to optimize processes.
- Maintaining a solid understanding of our product offerings and processes to effectively coach reps and increase overall team performance.
- Understand our product, including new developments, and how current and future changes will inform the way we sell.
- Building out, owning and seeking to constantly improve the onboarding process with sales enablement for your reps.
- Owning the number for your team every month with commitment to meet and exceed that number.
- Effectively creating, delivering and assessing the success of training with individual BDRs and the team as a whole.
- Exercising strong leadership and collaboration skills in team and cross-functional meetings.

Compensation
As this is an incentive compensation role, there will be a base salary with annual on target earnings of $85,000-135,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
