The Role

As the Director, Campaign Strategy, you play a pivotal role in developing and executing our Campaign & Account-Based Marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for creating and implementing campaign strategies that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue generation.

 

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive campaign strategies and execute on strategies that are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively to leadership and cross-functional areas of the plan and the potential impact
  • Project manage campaigns that involve several areas of our GTM and revenue organizations
  • Measure channel performance related to monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for campaigns and ABM programs
  • Design and implement targeted campaigns to engage key accounts, using personalized and innovative approaches.
  • Work closely with Revops, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on ideal customer profiles and account selection criteria.  
  • Driving our growth to reach new heights
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop personalized, compelling content tailored to target accounts.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
  • Foster strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment on ABM strategies and goals.
  • Regularly communicate updates, successes, and challenges related to campaign initiatives to key stakeholders.
  • Leading and managing a team of high performing marketing professionals driving ABM initiatives.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $118,500 - $177,500. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.

 

Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
