The Role
As the Manager of Onboarding, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations relating to client onboarding, leading a team of talented onboarding specialists as they support clients through their getting started journey. Your primary focus will be to ensure your team effectively supports the client onboarding needs. In addition to leading teams through existing processes, experience designing client onboarding programs is a plus as you will be involved in our continuous improvement approach to the client getting started experience.
What You Will Do
- Lead and manage a team of onboarding specialists to ensure the successful, accurate, and timely adoption of the Bloomerang products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Implementation Specialists, Implementation Leadership, Support Leadership, Customer Success Managers, Engineering, and Product Development, to drive successful client onboarding.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Implementation leadership to understand clients’ unique platform needs and translate them into technical and deliverable metrics.
- Conduct experience reviews and provide guidance to the onboarding team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Identify onboarding issues and provide timely resolutions during the getting started journey.
- Continuously monitor and improve onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with Bloomerang best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies related to client onboarding and general success and share knowledge with the team.
- Proactively manage all projects and identify risks before they become a critical blocker.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or IT management, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years leading SaaS external customer onboarding team(s)
- 1-2 years in a SaaS external customer onboarding contributor role
- Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and goals
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, cross-functional teams, and leadership.
- Have a strong technical proficiency and are able to learn and understand new software products and concepts quickly
- Excellent communication skills necessary to collaborate with clients, cross-functional teams, and leadership.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, foster a collaborative work environment, and provide mentorship
- Strong project management abilities, including prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $66,500 - $99,500 You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
