Are you an experienced Sales lead with proven ability to close complex deals within large organizations?  Do you want to work at the bleeding edge of media, data and privacy? If so, the Sales Director role at Blockgraph will be the perfect fit for you.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the sales process for major prospects from initial meetings to close
  • Oversee the organization, promotion, and orchestration of all sales activities to ensure forward progress.
  • Interface with functional peers to ensure identification of barriers to success and create the appropriate response tactics/strategies
  • Defines and recommends new products and services for market opportunities.


  • 7+ years sales experience, at least 5 of those in AdTech, MarTech, or at CDPs
  • Experience with TV, Video or Advanced TV
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizations, identify decision makers, and keep deal progress moving forward
  • You are customer-centric and can understand the complex needs of our clients
  • Highly effective organization and communication skills, and ability to work across functions and at all levels of management.
  • Experience in high-growth, start-up environments ideally in media, adTech or software
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
