We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of Blockchain’s marketing efforts, including budget, headcount, and priorities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop positioning, messaging and out-of-the-box brand building activations that increase market share, fuel adoption and ensure a uniform experience across channels (both in and out of product).
  • Ensure there is a balance of both art and science in brand development and leverage data and analytics to help inform decisions
  • Craft, maintain and track a brand marketing calendar that is tied to business goals  
  • Develop marketing automation workflows
  • Measure and report on the performance of all marketing efforts to the management team and board and be accountable for those results
  • Design, build, and manage a world-class, highly analytical marketing organization
  • Implement marketing best-practices and collaboration methods, structuring the team to align efficiently with the Product, Growth, Ops, Enterprise and other Marketing teams
  • Continuously learn more about our products, competitors and what's driving engagement in our industry

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Ability to prioritize, organize and execute quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment with ever-changing and competing demands.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, communications and content creation
  • Track record in developing successful marketing collateral, customer communications and content
  • Extremely organized and comfortable managing and enforcing project timelines and deliverables from multiple team members and cross functional teams
  • Strong project management and analytics pertaining to creative and content
  • International experience 
  • Thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with business and consumer marketing, ideally for a tech or ecommerce business model
