Admin Associate

The role
The Admin Associate is a vital role within the Blenheim Chalcot. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and progressive environment, where you will support us in building our next generation of GenAI enabled tech businesses.

Responsibilities:

1. Hygiene Management:

  • Develop and implement hygiene protocols and standards.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate regular cleaning and sanitization activities.

2. Housekeeping Management:

  • Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and organized workplace.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies.

3. Property Upkeeping:

  • Oversee the maintenance of the facility, including repairs and improvements.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for property-related services.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules.

4. General Administration:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Assist in organizing events and meetings.
  • Handle office supplies procurement and inventory management.
  • Manage the Security Team

Must Have:

  • Proven experience as an Admin Executive or similar role with understanding of soft and hard services including electro mechanical operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of hygiene and housekeeping best practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and basic knowledge of facility management software.

Nice to Have:

  • Certification or training in Facility Management.
  • Familiarity with environmental sustainability practices.
  • Experience in implementing innovative solutions for soft services.
  • Knowledge of local regulations related to hygiene and property maintenance.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facility Management, Engineering or a related field
