Product Designer
The role
The Product Designer is a vital role within the Blenheim Chalcot portfolio and Delfy. This role offers the opportunity to be a founding member of our design team, shaping the user experience of Delfy’s platform from the ground up. Join us in redefining email marketing for the modern world!
Responsibilities:
- Design fully responsive user experiences across our web application
- Continuously build and improve our design system
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define user needs, create user stories, and help shape the product roadmap
- Refine requirements and work closely with engineers to ensure new functionality is delivered effectively
- Produce design documentation and work with developers to ensure the smooth translation of designs into code
- Communicate design decisions and their rationale to the wider team
- Champion user-centred design to advocate for the needs of the end-user
- Build and participate in user-testing sessions to validate designs and uncover usability issues
- Rapidly iterate on products and features, delivering wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and UI/UX best practices
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience designing digital products
- A design portfolio that demonstrates principles for web platforms
- Strong knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Experience creating prototypes and conducting user testing
- Experience working as part of a cross-functional team, including Product and Engineering
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in prototyping and/or motion design using tools such as ProtoPie, After Effects, etc.
- Experience designing products within the B2B SaaS space
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Ability to create illustrations

The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.

We’re now seeking our first Product Designer to join our growing Product and Tech team.
