The Role
The main responsibility is to manage the CEO’s schedule and ensure efficient operations by providing administrative and organizational support. The role involves maintaining internal communication, coordinating travel and meetings, and supporting various executive tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage CEO’s calendar for internal and external commitments
- Create efficiency for the CEO by reading, researching and routing correspondence, drafting
- letters, emails and documents, collecting and analyzing information
- Liaison with Inter department coordination
- Coordinate Travel arrangements
- Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
- Monitor status of the assigned tasks and ensure timely closure
- Organize and maintain all critical files, correspondence and records
- Facilitate arrangements for and welcome guests and customers, answering or directing
- inquiries
- Create regular reports and update internal databases as & when required
- Prepare and maintain reports & MIS as & when required
- Maintain integrity and ethical behavior in all situations and ensure confidentiality
About you
The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty.
Required skills:
- 10-12 years of experience as Executive Assistance for CXOs preferably from new-age companies
- A bachelor’s or equivalent degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- The ability to work as part of a team in a very fast paced and changing environment
- Attention to detail and an analytical mind
- High level of personal initiative and motivation
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Education Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or equivalent degree
