The Role

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for Driving and owning the shift from transactional marketing activities to a holistic, 360-degree view of our engagements as a Product Marketing practice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with the overall business roadmap and deliver tangible, measurable value at each stage
  • Implement data and analytics to make well-informed data-driven decision and refine/evolve our marketing strategies, ensuring that our efforts are leading to lead generation, sales conversions, and long-term customer value
  • Develop standard practices and playbooks that can be customized for partners and personalized for campaigns
  • Be comfortable and adept with customer discovery and interviews
  • Deliver tailored marketing initiatives that capture customer pain points and needs across multiple touch-points
  • Manage and grow the Product Marketing and Sales teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture Work closely with Product, Tech, Data & AI and Sales & Marketing teams to ensure alignment on market strategy, positioning, and product GTM/launch
  • Ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with delivering measurable outcomes, including ROI, lead generation, and revenue growth

About You

The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in collaborating with Product teams and leading digital marketing initiatives that drive business results
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Solid foundation on digital marketing practices and tools; hands-on experience will be a plus
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS and/or technology-driven marketing environments is a plus

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic product marketing and sales
