Responsibilities:

  • Produce compelling customer focused, benefit led, copy and messaging, tailoring for channels and ensuring we’re delivering consistent campaigns across the channels we own
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate replicable and scalable volume of MQLs, working with Sales to identify opportunities to optimize outputs
  • Create and deliver marketing assets and collateral to support Sales with their product propositions
  • Help diversify our channel mix, introducing more rounded plans for social, calendar marketing and chatbot solutions – ensuring we’re best placed to respond to ‘customer interest’
  • Create integrated campaigns which ensure we’re making best use of our channels including email, social, search, partnership, affiliate to successfully reach, acquire, convert and retain customers
  • Work with Head of Department and the broader Data team to support the maintenance of our customer market modelling
  • Management of design and creative solutions, ensuring collateral remains on brand and connects with the customer
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve campaign performance – using metrics and insight to inform tactics and approach
  • Obsess over data collection, storage and enrichment working closely with the data team to maintain and build a highly effective database.

 

 

 

 

Must Have:

  • 4-5 years hands on experience working across commercially focussed marketing campaigns
  • Marketing Degree preferred
  • Strong copyrighting and proof-reading skills – able to create messaging across channels and understand the fundamentals of storytelling to build a consistent narrative
  • Experience with campaign planning and execution, proactively taking ownership for delivery
  • Good knowledge of social media channels and techniques, with hands-on experience
  • Knowledge of paid campaign setup and delivery
  • Experience with email and marketing automation tools (ideally Marketo), with emphasis on customer journeys and creating connected experiences
  • Understanding of how to create effective messaging which drives commercial return through generation of MQLs
  • Data driven with strong knowledge of best practices in maintaining a healthy and effective database.
  • Able to prioritise competing demands against tight deadlines
  • Great attitude: proactive and energetic, enthusiastic and fun to work alongside, with a strong work ethic
  • Highly organised and structured planner with the ability to deliver projects on time
  • Outstanding people skills with the ability to develop relationships with a wide range of individuals
  • Be curious – interesting in understanding how activity fits to the bigger picture
  • Excellent accuracy/attention to detail essential
  • Commercially aware
  • Able to remain calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment
  • Results-oriented and tenacious – a real interest in understanding the outcomes of activity
