Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Employee Engagement Executive to join our team, focusing on enhancing employee satisfaction and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is dedicated to managing engagement services such as Event Management, Vendor Management, and Coordination, with the goal of creating a vibrant and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Event Management

  • Organize, and execute various employee engagement events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event logistics.

Vendor Management and Coordination

  • Source and manage relationships with vendors for events, gifts, and other engagement-related services.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.

Employee Communication

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to promote engagement initiatives.

Must Have:

  • Proven experience in Employee Engagement or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute events successfully.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Certification in Event Management or Employee Engagement.
  • Knowledge of best practices in vendor management and negotiation.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
