1. Requirements & Responsibilities: 

- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Programmatic Advertising & Performance Marketing for Ad Agency, Publisher, Ad Network. Overall Experience of 5 yrs + 

- Programmatic Campaigns: (Setup, optimisation, troubleshooting, inventory planning & forecasting)

- Lead operations and leverage technologies, including but not limited to DSPs, DMP, 3rd party ad servers and SSPs like GAM (Google Ad Manager), GAM360 (Google Ad Manager 2360), CM360 ad server SSPs to augment RTB buys

- Fundamental knowledge of OpenX, Xandr, Magnite, PubMatic would be an add-on

- Skilled at monetisation process & techniques across SSPs & experienced with auctions such as programmatic guaranteed, programmatic direct, RTB, PMP 

- Fundamental knowledge of DSPs like DV360, Adelphic & Google Marketing Platform along with the other elements of the programmatic landscape would be an add-on 

- Develop and maintain agency trading desk and DSP relationships to help non-linear account executives facilitate successful programmatic deals 

2. Reporting: Traffic & HeatMap Analysis, dashboard setup, troubleshooting & strategy building

- Experienced in dynamic real-time reporting tools, platforms & connectors like Power BI, Looker Studio, Zapier or equivalent for publishing real-time updates to advertisers covering relevant KPIs 

- Responsible for daily reporting and in-depth analysis into campaign performance, ensuring revenue from all advertising impressions are maximized 

- Troubleshooting technical issues on GAM, GAM 360 & other SSP or Reporting tools 

- Generate actionable outcomes around programmatic proposition by providing insights, guidance and recommendations on effective campaign performance and new revenue opportunities 

- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business strategy teams 

- Proven ability to gather and filter complex data, providing insights related to analytics and revenue recognition 

- Help create collateral around programmatic proposition and help train the sales team on revenue opportunities as well as build & train teams to scale up programmatic operations 

3. PPC / Performance Marketing: Building Projections, campaign setup & optimisation 

- Own and deliver revenue, by setting up realistic KPI benchmarks across the growth funnel 

- Prepare revenue forecasts basis online user data, demand analysis & industry benchmarks 

- Lead and strategize ad campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy optimizations, bidding strategies, and performance monitoring 

Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS 

Contribute to the day-to-day campaign management and ad operations and take ownership of set-up, targeting, monitoring, optimization, and reporting & analytics. 


Knowledge/Qualification: 

Masters / bachelor's degree in advertising, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative or analytical field 

Certification in platforms like GAM/GAM360, DV360, CM360, Search/Display Ad platforms, GA4
