Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and requirements for chatbots and virtual agents.
- Analyze and document conversational scenarios and user interactions.

Chatbot Design and Development:
- Design and develop conversational flows using Power Virtual Agents.
- Implement natural language processing (NLP) capabilities to enhance user interactions.
- Integrate chatbots with external systems and services for data retrieval and updates.

User Experience Enhancement:
- Create user-friendly and intuitive chatbot interfaces.
- Implement multimedia content, such as images and cards, to enhance the user experience.

Integration with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365:
- Integrate Power Virtual Agents with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook) and Dynamics 365 for seamless user experiences.
- Leverage Power Automate for process automation and integration.

Testing and Optimization:
- Conduct thorough testing of chatbots to ensure functionality, accuracy, and a positive user experience.
- Optimize chatbot performance based on user feedback and analytics.

Security and Compliance:
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive information handled by chatbots.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for chatbot designs, configurations, and integration points.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Power Virtual Agents Developer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in designing and developing chatbots using Power Virtual Agents.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI concepts.
- Experience with Power Automate and Microsoft 365/Dynamics 365 integration.
- Knowledge of security best practices for chatbot development.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Power Virtual Agents certification.
- Experience with other chatbot development platforms.
- Familiarity with Azure services related to chatbot development.
- Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards.
