Key Responsibilities:

  1. Workflow Automation:

    • Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to optimize business processes.
    • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.
  2. Integration:

    • Integrate Power Automate with various applications and services to enable seamless data flow and communication.
    • Work closely with IT and business teams to understand integration requirements and ensure smooth data transfer.
  3. Custom Connector Development:

    • Create custom connectors in Power Automate to connect with internal and external systems.
    • Implement secure and efficient data transfer mechanisms.
  4. Solution Design:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design end-to-end automation solutions.
    • Ensure that automated workflows align with business goals and compliance standards.
  5. Troubleshooting and Support:

    • Monitor and troubleshoot Power Automate flows to identify and resolve issues promptly.
    • Provide support to end-users and address any concerns related to automated processes.
  6. Security and Compliance:

    • Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data within automated workflows.
    • Ensure that Power Automate solutions comply with organizational and regulatory standards.
  7. Documentation:

    • Maintain comprehensive documentation for Power Automate solutions, including workflow designs, integration details, and troubleshooting guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Power Apps Developer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and integration capabilities.
  • Experience with responsive design and user interface best practices.
  • Solid understanding of data models and database concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft Power Platform certification.
  • Experience with Common Data Service (CDS) and Dataverse.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript for custom code within Power Apps.
  • Familiarity with Azure services related to Power Apps.
  • Experience with application lifecycle management and version control.
