Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Team Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Power Platform developers, analysts, and administrators.
    • Provide guidance on best practices, development standards, and methodologies.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  2. Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop a strategic roadmap for Power Platform implementation.
    • Define and execute a vision for the Power Platform team aligned with the overall business strategy.
  3. Project Management:

    • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Power Platform projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, plan resources, and manage project timelines.
  4. Power Platform Development:

    • Hands-on involvement in Power Platform development, including Power BI report/dashboard creation, Power Apps development, and Power Automate workflow design.
    • Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions are delivered.
  5. Governance and Security:

    • Establish and enforce governance policies for Power Platform usage, ensuring compliance with security standards.
    • Monitor and manage access, permissions, and data security within Power Platform solutions.
  6. Training and Documentation:

    • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and team members on Power Platform capabilities.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation for Power Platform solutions, configurations, and best practices.
  7. Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay updated on the latest Power Platform features, updates, and industry trends.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the Power Platform team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer with at least [X years] of leadership experience.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
