We are heading into a period of ambitious building at Blenheim Chalcot and across our businesses, in existing and new geographies. As a result, we are looking for a world class Partnerships and Growth Manager to join the team at Contentive.

Contentive, founded in 2012, is a global digital media company focused on disrupting the B2B media and publishing industry. They leverage cutting-edge technology to help B2B tech businesses connect with the right clients, facilitate networking through online communities, and provide valuable insights in FinTech, Accounting, Treasury, and Digital Marketing. Contentive collaborates with major tech companies like Adobe, Sage, Oracle, Workday, and Salesforce, linking potential buyers with technology firms. They employ a proprietary technology stack, integrating marketing automation and customer data platforms, to personalize audience experiences, enhance engagement, and gain deep insights into community preferences and behaviours.

THE ROLE:

Key responsibilities

Contentive is looking for a driven Partnership and Growth Manager to shape the future of our audience engagement strategies. This includes 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, you will bring your expertise, and creativity to drive our audience growth across various platforms and industries. You will work closely with our content, marketing, and analytics teams to identify new opportunities for audience engagement and retention.

 

Specific Duties

  • Develop and implement innovative audience growth strategies to increase engagement and followers across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize audience growth tactics.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure content is optimized for target audiences and platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for audience expansion in diverse industries.
  • Engage with our community through social media and other platforms, fostering a loyal and active audience base.
  • Experiment with new and unconventional methods to attract and retain diverse audiences.
  • Prepare and present reports on audience growth and engagement metrics to senior management.

ABOUT YOU

The Ideal Candidate  

  • 1-2 years of experience in growth, audience development, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of journalism, digital media trends, and audience growth strategies.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for audience engagement and growth.
  • Proficient in analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • A witty and engaging personality, capable of thinking outside the box to attract diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
