Job Title: Product Manager

Reports to: Product Development Director

Location: Remote 1st/Scale Space White City, London

 

THE ROLE

Key responsibilities

 

We’re looking for collaborative, efficient and tenacious individual to manage digital products within our growing business, including those entering an exciting development and investment phase. This includes the ownership of project deliverables, developing & managing a digital workflow, market research, stakeholder management and product development.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:    

  • Understand and frame problems the product is solving by conducting user research and forging strong communicative relationships with our customers to inform the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Ensure new product releases are successfully delivered to market quickly and efficiently, working with all departments to execute and complete business ready cycle.
  • Coordinate all project deliverables, ensuring deadlines are communicated effectively, understood and successfully met by all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organise and drive internal project/regular status meetings with team, undertaking project reviews as required.
  • Develop detailed project plans and ensure adherence to timelines/processes to accurately track and evaluate results on overall project goals.
  • The preparation of all material required for commercial customers, and effective briefing of customer success teams to ensure successful liaison.
  • Work with the full team on documenting specifications, product testing, and customer facing launch material. This will mean getting stuck in and knowing where you can help your team succeed.
  • Analysing & evaluating product performance to ensure ongoing optimisation.

 

 ABOUT YOU

This role…

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Product Management experience.
  • Experience using UX principles and creating wireframes.
  • Experience creating and owning a product roadmap or strategy.
  • Experience of using user story mapping to understand scope.
  • Experience scoping and defining products / features and creating sprint plans.
  • Passionate about the technology/SaaS sector.
  • Basic knowledge of analytical tools and how they can be used to track and assess performance, such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Google TagManger, Hotjar, Heroku, Google Sheets, Zapier.
  • Confidence to manage diverse internal stakeholders who will contribute to the project plan and ensure product success
  • Able to prioritise competing demands against tight deadlines
  • Desire to collaborate and engage multiple skillsets to improve product performance
  • Goal-oriented
  • Gain satisfaction from a project well-delivered
