An exciting opportunity to join our growing Customer Success Team and be a part of delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of crucial progress and feedback reports for many of our corporate clients as well as general administration duties for the wider team. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach and a willingness to get stuck in.  



  • Liaising with internal teams, including our Learning and Development Coaches and the Business Intelligence Team to gather and record accurate data on learner progress
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Gaining valuable skills to work within a client facing role
  • Collaborating on and maintaining team priorities through project management tools
  • Supporting the wider Customer Success team with general administration duties to align with team priorities

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A willingness to get stuck in and become part of a busy and collaborative team
  • A willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • A proven data-driven approach, with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • A mindset that is ready to get stuck in and take on big challenges

 Even better if you’ve got:

  • Previous experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders/business clients
  • Familiarity with (and a passion for!) learning
  • Previous experience with data programmes such as Tableau
