The Role

 As a Renewals Sales Executive, you will join an established sales team working in a fun, energetic and collaborative environment. Your key responsibilities in the role will include the below:

  • Take inbound phone calls from leads and customers
  • Place a high volume of outbound calls to leads and customers
  • Convert leads into customers
  • Meet sales KPI targets
  • Effectively manage your own sales pipeline to maximise the number of submissions and conversion of leads into customers
  • Manage your time efficiently to maximise the amount of time on the phone
  • Follow an established sales process and scripts to close deals
  • Process leads and customers from a variety of sources
  • Genuinely care about every customer
  • Help customers achieve their dreams by showing them how a BCA can enable this
  • Use Salesforce CRM and other software tools to tailor each customers sales approach
  • Deal with customer objections and challenges with positivity and resilience
  • Accurately quote the customers based on their needs and circumstances
  • Be open minded and offer alternative solutions with the aim to help every customer
  • Collaborate with other departments to make customer journey quick, positive and frictionless
