Lucy Ellis, our Customer Success Manager, is looking for someone to work in partnership with our corporate clients to ensure the learning experience truly embeds knowledge and drives lasting behavioural change. You’ll need to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, whilst delivering outstanding customer service. The role comes with an opportunity to engage with a range of products across our digital and professional qualification faculties, as well as apprenticeships.



To ensure we are delivering outstanding customer service, you’ll be accountable for:

  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with corporate stakeholders, keeping them engaged from the initial kick off meeting through to programme completion.
  • Manging the end to end programme delivery and conducting regular project status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creating and delivering welcome and onboarding materials for learners and line managers.
  • Effective management and reporting of learner progression and facilitating necessary improvements.
  • Facilitating learner feedback presentations along with celebrations of success.
  • Manage evolving client needs for tailored solutions, working closely with the relevant Sales lead.
