WHO DO WE NEED?

We are looking for a marketing professional that can play a key role in driving leads. The role is focused on leveraging existing partnerships and assets, as well as seeking out new opportunities to drive efficient, qualified leads to be worked by our sales team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a highly commercial role in which your contribution to the bigger picture will directly help our business achieve its ambitious growth objectives.

 

WHAT YOU’LL GET UP TO

  • Taking responsibility for driving a rich supply of marketing-qualified leads to our sales team
  • Being accountable for external relationships with partners
  • Exploring new ways to leverage our existing customer database, and contribute to improving the lead to sale rate
  • Proactively testing new initiatives to drive additional volume
  • Examining the marketing statistics daily to be able to put an ROI value on each piece of lead gen activity
  • Line managing Marketing Executive(s)

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Extreme pro-activity and self-sufficiency
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles and comfort taking responsibility for spending large marketing budgets
  • Ability to analyse and present tangible and actionable results from tests
  • Experience with Hubspot, Google Analytics, SalesForce, and the top social channels
  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Extensive experience in a marketing environment
  • Be smart and ambitious, self-motivated, adaptable and resilient
  • Have a solid and good understanding of PPC marketing
  • Exceptional commercial awareness, always tying back your activities to the overall business targets
  • Possess the ability to confidently communicate with senior level decision makers
  • Have experience working with Hubspot CRM or similar
