The Opportunity

With very ambitious growth plans, Blenheim Chalcot has a range of exciting commercial roles open for high performers. These are permanent positions, typically representing consultative B2B sales opportunities working either for Blenheim Chalcot or within one of our digital ventures. Our ventures are at the forefront of a multitude of industries including FinTech, EdTech, Media and Sports, all benefiting from Blenheim Chalcot’s wealth of knowledge, experience and years of success in growing businesses.

What We’re Seeking

Here at Blenheim Chalcot we’re on the look-out for inspiring individuals that are committed to growth. We are looking to bring onboard outgoing self-starters who are forward thinking, ready to make a very deliberate next move in their career, and know what it’s like to re-set records. We want people who think it’ll be better if they set their own (higher) targets. Our portfolio ranges from companies that are brand new, to those that are in extreme scale-up or hunting for a sustainable pattern of growth. Each need different “types” of sales but all of them, without exception, will continue to have sales needs both today and tomorrow.

  • Has worked in targeted sales roles their whole career?
  • Takes huge pleasure in winning new business, working existing accounts or managing commercial partnerships?
  • Has always been able to ‘read rooms’? Pitch things in just the right way and land ideas?
  • Gives it a go before making up their mind?
  • Believes, within reason, that anything is possible?
  • Delivers ideas to sceptics and helps them see an alternative?
  • Been the translator between someone trying to explain it and someone who doesn’t get it?

The Process

We have a rigorous recruitment process which we follow for every role to ensure we attract the very best talent. First stage is with us, Blenheim Chalcot, and we will then discuss your next stage with one of our portfolio ventures.
