We seek an experienced engineering leader to join our growing team in Mexico City. You will be responsible for managing, hiring, and leading a talented team of 30+ engineers who collaborate closely with our US office, contributing to the success of our projects and the company's overall growth.

How you'll contribute:

Talent Development

Identify, hire, and nurture talent within the team, facilitating growth and skill development
Implement strategies for recruitment and retention to build a high-performing and diverse engineering team

Collaboration with Blend USA

Foster effective communication and collaboration between the engineering team in Mexico City and the Blend US engineering, product, and design teams
Work closely with counterparts in the US to align on project goals, timelines, and technical strategies

Project Management

Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success, from ideation to implementation

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Proven experience (10+ years) in a leadership role managing engineering teams
Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across borders and cultures
