We are looking for a senior, results-driven marketer to join our demand generation team to lead the development and execution of line of business (persona) demand programs at Blend. You will work closely with our product marketing managers, product and brand team to plan, execute and measure marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement and market adoption of specific product suites. The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills for working in partnership with a cross-functional marketing team to deliver personalized, high value experiences at scale to customers and prospects.

How you'll contribute: 

  • Strategize and own the type of content and messaging focused on product features and benefits to generate website traffic, form fills, syndicated leads, email announcements, 3rd party and partner speaking engagements focused on building the product and solution specific benefits to the target persona
  • Design multi-channel communication strategies for the target audience, which includes executives, administrators, and a variety of users 
  • Develop quarterly marketing program plans that focus on positioning Blend products and offerings as differentiators in the market and generating demand from new product launches, market penetration of existing products, and product focused nurture to deepen relationships with customers and prospects
  • Use data-driven techniques and MarTech/AdTech tools for targeted “activation” of marketing programs across channels and tactics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, product marketing, content marketing, brand and field marketing teammates focused on specific product suites 
  • Oversee the execution and deployment of marketing programs that are personalized, high-touch, persona-specific and that deliver the right messages via right channels to the on-target audience
  • Manage programs across digital, email, direct mail, webinar, and other channels as necessarily used in demand generation marketing
  • Measure programs KPIs for on-target leads, website engagement, direct and indirect hand raisers, number of demo requests, and the channel KPIs for meeting and exceeding industry benchmarks for digital, email, direct mail programs
  • Be seen as a thought leader in demand generation and a subject matter expert in your line of business

Who you are: 

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation
  • Experience developing and running demand generation marketing programs at B2B SaaS organizations
  • Strong leadership and program management skills to lead by influence a highly experienced group of peers and coworkers
  • Exceptional skills in building strong stakeholder alignment and be seen as a trusted partner 
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, regularly evolving startup environment.
  • The ability to translate a general problem statement into a full program and execution plan that is focused on achieving clear business goals 
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience working with leading MarTech and AdTech tools including Salesforce CRM, Marketo, marketing analytics and audience management tools (or other similar marketing automation platforms)
