  • Move as One: We value people who strive to be the best team player, not individual stars.
  • “My Home is your Home” Hospitality: We look for individuals who treat others the same way they'd treat a guest in their home. We care about presentation, hospitality, and having fun even when things are stressful.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Culture Expertise: You stay tapped into social trends and pop culture, using these insights to shape bold and exciting directions for the brand's marketing strategy.
  • Marketing Initiatives: You’ll autonomously manage a range of marketing projects (including seasonal campaigns, partnerships, new store openings, and more) from ideation to execution, ensuring there is magic in every detail.
  • Stakeholder Management: You’ll work with diverse partners simultaneously, including creative design, store operations, and external agencies, to deliver outstanding and head-turning brand work.
  • Channel Planning: You’ll be responsible for amplifying the Blank Street brand across multiple, intentional customer touch points, including activations, influencers, digital, press and more!
  • Influencer Marketing: You’ll spearhead campaigns and initiatives that energize our influencer community and ultimately driving meaningful engagement via UGC.
  • Performance Tracking: You'll collaborate with our analytics and strategy teams to inform and evaluate our marketing KPIs, gathering insights to make each project better than the last.
  • Digital Marketing: You’ll play a critical role in shaping the Blank Street strategy around social and digital channels, including paid search, social and CRM.

Who You Are:

  • Marketing Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing. Food & beverage and/or high growth startup experience preferred.
  • Creative Brain: A creative who thinks beyond limits to get the best idea. You're not afraid to take initiative or experiment, and you're excited to bring innovative ideas to life.
  • An Eye for Trends: You know what the latest trends are, whether that be on social, fashion or food. You’re in-the-know.
  • Data-Driven: You approach decisions with perspective rooted in customer insights, business objectives and social trends.
  • Magic in the Details: You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring campaigns are executed to perfection across multiple channels. Strong project management skills are critical.
  • Overall, you're positive, collaborative and bring a can do attitude. A team player who is proactive, able to coordinate multiple projects independently, and thrive in a vibrant, ever-changing environment.

Benefits:

  • $75,000 - $100,000 annual base salary
    • Blank Street, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role in New York City at the time of posting. OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
