About Blank Street

At Blank Street, we believe that rituals matter and that great rituals make your life better. With coffee shops across the US and UK, we are working to transform the high street grab-and-go coffee transaction into an experience that is higher in quality, hospitality, and joy.

Our Values

  • Magic is in the Details: We value attention to detail in everything we do. We're always thinking about the small things that make a moment meaningful.
  • Move as One: We value people who strive to be the best team player, not individual stars.
  • “My Home is your Home” Hospitality: We look for individuals who treat others the same way they'd treat a guest in their home. We care about presentation, hospitality, and having fun even when things are stressful.

What’s Brewing...

At Blank Street, our Marketing team is small and we work across all channels. We’re looking for a creative Senior Marketing Associate to execute Blank Street’s seasonal campaigns, and activations. This role is essential in making our ideas come to life across multiple channels, engaging our audience, and helping to tell our story in ways that feel fresh, fun, and exciting.

As a vital part of our marketing team, you’ll roll up your sleeves and work directly on campaign execution and brand initiatives that get people talking. With over 2 years of marketing experience, you’ll be stellar at executing impactful campaigns and collaborating across teams to bring bold ideas into reality.

Your Day-to-Day:

  1. Seasonal Campaigns
    • Campaign Ideation:
      • Looking ahead to the drinks we have launching, you’ll work with the Marketing team to brainstorm creative marketing concepts that bring our products to life. We pride ourselves on creative campaigns, and ideas come from every level.
    • Campaign Execution:
      • You’ll manage the execution of campaign tasks from start to finish, making sure every detail is magical.
      • You’ll be highly organised, with high standards for execution. You’ll have no problem delivering what’s needed on time
    • Collaboration:
      • Partner with peers across functions to bring your ideas to life. In your day-to-day, this is likely to be the operations team (for bringing these plans to stores), and the creative team (to develop assets that tell our campaign story in new and engaging ways).
    • Channel Planning:
      • You’ll be working across numerous channels, and help roll out campaigns to ensure they reach the right people and are memorable.
      • These channels include events and activations, influencers, digital and PR

  2. Brand Activations
A core part of our campaigns is to create IRL experiences, and so knowledge of how to create memorable activations - and get the right consumers to know about them - is a must
  • Activation Planning:
    • You’ll be a key part of the team who ideate and brainstorm activations
    • You’ll be responsible for the timeline and execution plan for our activations, and will coordinate activations that make an impact whether it’s a pop-up event or a unique brand experience.
  • Logistics Coordination:
    • You’ll manage the behind-the-scenes details, from coordination to on-site logistics, ensuring a smooth and memorable event.
  • Performance Tracking:
    • You’ll capture feedback and metrics from campaigns and events, gathering insights to make each one better than the last.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Marketing Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in marketing, with hands-on experience running campaigns and activations
  • Project Management: Hands on experience using tools like Trello, Asana, Monday or Notion
  • An Eye for Trends: You know what the latest trends are, whether that be on social, fashion or food.
  • Creative Brain: A creative who thinks beyond limits to get the best idea. You’re not afraid to take initiative or experiment, and you’re excited to bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Magic in the Details: You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring campaigns are executed to perfection across multiple channels.
  • A Storyteller: You know how to spin a good story, and what gets people engaged. You might have some experience with PR, with a basic understanding of how to engage media and gain brand coverage.
  • Overall, you’re positive, collaborative and bring a can do attitude. A team player who proactive, able to coordinate multiple projects independently, and thrive in a vibrant, ever-changing environment.

Benefits:

  • Exclusive access to our coveted Regulars program – yes, that means free matcha and more! ☕✨
  • Private Health and Dental Insurance
  • Flexible Working Hours
  • 25 Days Annual Leave (plus Bank Holidays)
  • A great culture with regular team events
  • Equity Package
