Role: Sales Development Representative

Description: As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll surface new sales opportunities for a quota-carrying sales executive to drive and ultimately close new business. These are often five, six, and seven-figure deals that take 60 day to 6+ months to close

Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 + Commission 

What you'll be doing

  • Utilizing a consistent contact attempt process via phone and email to follow-up, nurture, and qualify leads
  • Prospecting, educating, and qualifying leads to create sales-ready opportunities to hand over to the AEs
  • Maintaining industry and technology knowledge to ensure that you remain a trusted resource for prospects and customers and can successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Developing and maintaining daily plans to maximize phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to territory hours, and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect titles
  • Weekly Activities for Outbound Pipeline Generation
  • 80-100 calls each work day (Benefit is we have 4 day work weeks!)
  • Sequence through Salesforce Sales Engagement 
  • Using Zoominfo to find additional contacts and build out accounts

What we look for

  • Minimum 2 year work experience (related or unrelated) 
  • Understanding of Salesforce as a tool and the ecosystem
  • Track record of high performance environment (sports/etc) 
  • Real life experience around customer service to exhibit ability to cultivate relationships
  • Hard worker- ability to show they have overcome adversity or difficulty in the workplace and pushed through
  • Can be coached - will present something and give feedback and see how receptive they are to it
  • Has phone skills- proof they have made calls where they have been rejected before and can withstand adversity
