Blacklane is looking for an awesome (Acquisition) Operations Manager to be part of the London team.
As an experienced and ambitious professional, your role is to scale and manage the acquisition of new chauffeurs.
This role is hybrid in office and at home, based in London and requires occasional travel.
The ideal candidate has a background in the travel or ground transportation industry and experience in lead generation and acquisition.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • You are in charge of managing your own workload and priorities, steering the performance towards your goals.
  • You are responsible for growing supply acquisition through whatever channel you see fit and drives the best results.
  • You will also be responsible for the onboarding process ensuring the fast ramp up of Chauffeurs with minimal friction.
  • Working in close collaboration with the Quality and Compliance manager.
  • In addition you will build and implement solutions for steering our growth plans and provide expertise & guidance to the rest of the team.
  • You will analyze conversions, turnover time & other data to improve the onboarding & funnel management process.
  • You will provide regular insights into the progress of acquisition, onboarding and other relevant KPIs to the department’s leadership.
  • You will provide guidance and training to junior/other team members and support colleagues on supply development & onboarding strategies.

 ABOUT YOU:

  • Team player and solution orientated, particularly with an appetite to push boundaries and therefore an ability to solve problems in new ways.
  • You have a strong moral compass and can stand by your decisions with conviction.
  • Expertise in ground transportation with understanding of industry standards.
  • Relevant experience in sales, operations and/or account acquisition.
  • Great communicator, you are used to objection handling and experienced in building commitments/rapport for new partnerships and Chauffeurs.
  • Stakeholder and project management experience. You are known for delivering tasks and projects on time and to the desired outcome of those requiring it.
  • Minimum intermediate skills using Microsoft Office products
  • Strong analytical skills. Experience owning KPIs, goals or roadmap initiatives.
