We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team, to be based in London or Berlin.
Your time will be spent working to launch and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels (PPC, app, paid social and potentially others) and ensuring that our digital marketing strategies align with our business growth targets and performance KPIs.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Manage day-to-day optimisation of Google and Meta ads to ensure optimal performance, and work on new in-platform opportunities.
  • Develop, execute, and oversee paid media strategies to drive efficient ROAS. Work to CPA/CPI targets for new customer acquisition, with the ability to pivot between strategies as the market fluctuates.
  • Close collaboration with the Senior Performance Marketing Managers to discuss the performance highlights & lowlights and brainstorm any new testing ideas.
  • Research, plan, prototype and implement new innovative ways to optimize campaigns and reach audiences.
  • Monitor, track, and report on growth metrics, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Work closely with our our Senior Marketing Analyst on tracking of spend, new customers, customer acquisition cost, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with our Product teams on improving landing page and app performance.
  • Collaborate quickly and effectively with the brand and creative teams to share insights on creative performance and ensure ad creative is both 'on brand' and built to perform.
  • Collaborate with the Retention team to support full funnel campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with current Marketing and Travel industry best practices, with CPA, CPI ROAS, CAC & LTV focus, pushing us ahead of the competition.

 ABOUT YOU:

  • 2-3 years experience managing international PPC & paid social campaigns, including hands-on creation and optimisation of campaigns, with the ability to meet CPA and ROI targets.
  • Highly proactive in seeking out new acquisition opportunities and ways to improve performance.
  • Experience collaborating with other teams across a business, such as Product and BI/Analytics.
  • Data literate, with the ability to turn data into insightful and actionable insights that can be used around the business.
  • Strong understanding of the principles of mobile marketing.
  • Strategic thinker who is hands-on, has a growth mindset, and business impact understanding.
  • Resilient, persistent, and creative, with an ability to find innovative solutions to technical hurdles.
  •  Experience working with challenging marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Team player with the ability to effectively communicate performance, strategy and priorities.
  • Strong data analytics and insight capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Familiarity with Tableau.
  • Additional languages; French/German.
  • Experience with SQL and databases.
  • Experience with website tracking implementation, such as through Google Tag Manager.
